At Plantex UK we want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us. If you want to return items, you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days. You also have statutory rights where items are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.
Our Voluntary Returns Policy
As well as your statutory cancellation rights described above, you can return most products from our website within 30 days of receipt of the products if the products are in an unused and undamaged condition. Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged.
Cost of Shipping Returned Items
The following exclusions apply to our Returns Policy for the right of withdrawal. The following products thus cannot be returned under the Returns Policy (unless defective):
- Goods made to your specifications or customisation.
- A service, if Plantex UK have fully performed it and you accepted when you placed your order that Plantex UK could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started.
Goods remain the property of Plantex UK until paid in full and we reserve the right to levy a 15% handling charge on goods returned. We may not give a refund:
- If you damage an item by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it
- If you no longer want an item
- If the item is customised (unless the item is faulty)
How to Return items you ordered
There are three ways to request to return an item:
- Go to the footer of the website and click the Returns link under Customer Service, fill in the form and press submit. We will contact you shortly about how to return the item(s).
- Call 01304 849205 to talk to someone about returning your item(s). Please have your order details to hand so that we may process it. Calls are charged at standard network rates.
- Email us on email@example.com and please include your order and contact details. We will contact you shortly about how to return the item(s).
Proof of purchase
Please provide proof of purchase such as an order number.
We aim to refund within 14 days of receipt of the items unless the items are lost or damaged. Please contact us if you have any issues and we will do our best to resolve them.
